Vietnam Single Origin · 500g
Grown in the highlands of Buon Ma Thuot, Vietnam, at 800m above sea level under natural shade canopy — our Ceremonial Cacao is crafted to transform your daily ritual. Made from heirloom Forastero cacao beans native to the region.
Unlike industrial cacao, our beans are stone-ground at low temperature with zero additives. The result is a high-theobromine paste that provides gentle, sustained energy and mental clarity without the crash of caffeine.
Rich earthy notes layered with subtle fruit and floral undertones — this cacao is a perfect companion for morning ceremonies, meditation, yoga, or simply a mindful cup to start your day.

Chop or grate 30g of cacao per cup. For a full ceremonial experience, use up to 42g.
Warm your milk or water to 70–75°C. Do not boil — high heat can degrade the theobromine structure.
Add cacao to the hot liquid and whisk or blend until frothy. Season with cinnamon, cayenne, or honey to taste.
Hold the cup in both hands, take a few deep breaths, and set an intention for your day before the first sip.
I completely replaced my morning coffee with this. The days I start with this cacao feel noticeably calmer and more focused. Even the aroma alone feels like a ritual.
Vietnam origin surprised me at first, but tasting it changed everything. There's a fruity depth I haven't found in any other ceremonial cacao — incredibly smooth with no bitterness.
I drink this before my yoga practice. The energy comes slowly and steadily — no anxiety, no jitters. The packaging is also beautiful, makes for a perfect gift.
